Exercise is good for us.
It builds muscle and strength.
Walking, running and intense physical work all help.
It makes us feel good because Creator God designed our bodies to enjoy working out.

Exercising faith is good for us too.
Our futures depend upon it.
This builds strength of relationship with Jesus, "the pioneer and perfector of our faith".
It also moves us forward into God’s purposes for our lives.

One day, years ago, God said to me, "Keep exercising your faith, for there are plans ahead for you." So, I did, and entered into some of the most amazing adventures of my life. And they continue to this day.
So, what do I mean by 'exercising faith'?
When I think of ‘faith’, I am taken straight to Hebrews 11:1
In this context, exercising faith means to be doing an activity in relationship with Jesus that carries hope and confidence without being able to see the end result. As long as He is in charge, the heavenly outcome is assured.
Essential Keys
Humility – my position

Stepping out with Him in complete trust
The Challenge
Move into your future by faith today, beyond your self-limits
and into Christ’s realm of the miraculous.
